Belarus' foreign currency and gold reserves rose to $7.97 billion as of Feb. 1, up 0.7 percent from a month earlier as the value of monetary gold in reserves increased 25.5 percent to $2.4 billion in January and foreign currency reserves declined 15.9 percent to $3.8 billion, the country's central bank said Tuesday.
