VEB state development bank got a five-year club loan facility of $500 million from lenders that include Sumitomo Mitsui Banking, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Mizuho Corporate Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup to finance construction of a chemical complex in the Tatarstan republic, VEB said Tuesday.

Hydroelectric power producer RusHydro has cut its production growth target for the year down to 7-8 percent, almost half of its earlier target of 11-15 percent, the company said Tuesday.
