Ukraine’s IMF Tranche

Ukraine will probably receive the next tranche of its International Monetary Fund loan in June if the two sides reach an agreement next month, Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Tigipko said.

An IMF mission will arrive in Kiev on May 17 and stay for 10 days, after which the fund’s board will take two or three weeks to come to a decision, Tigipko, who led talks with the lender in Washington earlier this week, said in a statement on the government web site.
