Central Bank Buys $15Bln in Foreign Currencies

Central Bank First Deputy Chairman Alexei Ulyukayev said Thursday that the bank acquired more than $15 billion in foreign currencies in October.

The country’s foreign reserves rose to $432.8 billion by the end of October, the Central Bank said Thursday.

Net capital inflows reached $10 billion in October, according to a preliminary estimation by the Central Bank.
