Chef's Secrets: Herring Marinated in Mizkan Vinegar With Sweet Potato and Peanut Pesto

130g Norwegian herring
120g sweet potato
10g cilantro
10g lemon
5g garlic
10g peanut
100g ciabatta
10g olive oil
5g sugar
5g Mizkan vinegar
3g cane sugar

In a blender, make pesto from cilantro, oil, peanut, lemon juice, sugar and garlic. Boil the sweet potato, cut into large chunks, and fry in olive oil. Heat the bread, cut in half. On each half, lay some potato, some herring lightly smeared with the vinegar and sugar cane, and a thick layer of the sauce.
