RusSpetsStal Appoints Ex-Evraz Execs

RusSpetsStal, the special steelmaker formed by state arms exporter Rosoboronexport, has appointed three senior managers from Evraz Group ahead of a proposed listing, Kommersant said Monday.

The newspaper quoted RusSpetsStal general director Sergei Nosov -- himself a former Evraz executive -- as saying he aimed to create a holding company grouping special steel assets for an initial public offering.

Rosoboronexport general director Sergei Chemezov this month said all companies within the group would list shares by 2012.

Nosov has appointed Dmitry Portnov as his deputy for finance and economics, Andrei Sidelnik for commercial issues and Yury Kazmin for legal affairs, Kommersant reported.

He has also appointed Igor Alexeyev, a former employee of U.S.-based businessman Len Blavatnik's Access Industries, as his deputy for corporate development and strategy.
