He took the checkered flag six seconds ahead of Belgium's Sebastien le Grelle.
It was Ivanov's second win in succession in the IDM championship.
He won the second round of the IDM on May 20 to become the first Russian racer to ever top the podium in a European Supersport championship race.
After that win, it was thought his performance had been flattered by a new set of tires used by Vector, but he proved the victory was not a one-off by leading from pole to pole in Assen on standard tires.
Ivanov now has 50 points, putting him fifth in the overall standings, and hopes are high that he and Vector can build on their recent success and become the first Russian team to win the championship.
