Chef's Secrets: Sangria

The Goodman steakhouse chain bar manager, Alexei Martynov, shares a recipe for this Spanish wine punch.


15g orange
15g lemon
10g apple
10g lime
200g dry white wine
10g peach liqueur
10g blackcurrant liqueur

Slice the lime.

Chop the other fruit into wedges.

Place six ice cubes and the fruit into a hurricane glass, then pour with liqueurs and wine.
