Bacon-Wrapped Plums Stuffed With French Goat Cheese

6 prunes

40g fromage chevre (goat cheese)

3 long slices of smoked bacon

For decoration:


Salad leaves


Wash the prunes and dry them.

Cut the cheese into pieces about the size of a flattened prune.

Make sandwiches out of two prunes with a piece of cheese in the middle.

Wrap each sandwich with a strip of bacon.

Bake on a flat tray at 180 degrees Celsius for four to seven minutes. Serve.
