French restaurant Riviere has a new chef at the helm. Daniel Egreteau has worked as a chef for more than 20 years both inside France and out, including in Michelin three-star rated restaurants. He has worked as the personal chef to the sheik of the United Arab Emirates and then became a member of Club des Chefs des Chefs -- the organization whose members work as chefs to kings and presidents. He later taught at the culinary academy Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Agrato is updating 60 to 70 percent of the menu -- with only the most popular dishes remaining.
