PricewaterhouseCoopers

Peter Lim has been appointed managing director leading a project development and finance group within the transactions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia. His specific focus is on enhancing cooperation with businesses in the Far East and in establishing business leads for these organizations in Central and Eastern Europe.

KPMG

KPMG has appointed 11 new partners in its Russia/CIS Practice: Ove Bak, managing partner, St. Petersburg; Alexandra Bouriko, audit, based in Moscow; Ian Colebourne, forensic services, based in Moscow; Svetlana Fonaryova, audit, based in Moscow; Wim Grootenboer, audit, based in Kiev; Ward Jones, tax, based in Almaty; Andrew Korn, audit, based in Moscow; Boris Lvov, risk advisory services, based in Moscow; Svetlana Maksimova, audit, based in Moscow; Boris Masterenko, tax, based in Moscow; and Aaron Woolsey, audit, based in Moscow.

Dell

Christophe Chastan has been appointed general manager of Dell in Russia and the CIS. He has worked at Dell Computer Corporation since 1998, including three years as sales area director for Africa. He was educated in France, speaks a number of languages and was a lecturer on international business negotiations at the Sorbonne in Paris.

NPF Raiffeisen

Alexander Lorenz has been appointed chairman of the council of the Non-State Pension Fund Raiffeisen, or NPF Raiffeisen.

Yelena Gorshkova has been appointed executive director of the fund.

MTS

Eric Franke has been appointed first vice president of MTS. He is to be responsible for technical strategy and development, information technologies and logistics.

Also, Michael Shamolin has become MTS's vice

president for sales and client service.

Troika Dialog

Talant Begaliev has been appointed executive director for investment banking at Troika Dialog. His responsibilities include the development of the company's business in Kazakhstan and the Central Asian republics.

Renaissance Capital

Investment bank Renaissance Capital has announced three new appointments.

Hans Jochum Horn has been appointed managing director responsible for business development across all product lines with a special focus on the CIS markets, Scandinavia and Germany.

Neville Hall has been appointed global compliance director.

Kieran Donnelly has been appointed managing director and head of international sales of the debt product group.
