Stiles & Riabokobylko

Nicolas Ollivant has joined Stiles & Riabokobylko as senior director for financial services. His role is to advise institutional, corporate and private clients and assist them in accessing the international financial markets.

Previously, Ollivant worked for Risk Advisory Group in London and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, including three years in their Moscow office. From 1979 to 1989 he was based in Chicago with the Northern Trust Company and the First National Bank of Chicago.

Alfa Bank

Alfa Bank has appointed Ruslan Ilyasov head of personnel.

Ilyasov joins Alfa Bank from Russia's second-largest brewery Sun Interbrew Ltd., where he worked as deputy president in charge of personnel and administration. Prior to Interbrew, Ilyasov worked for Coca-Cola for seven years.

Brunswick UBS

Brunswick UBS has appointed Vladimir Postolovsky as senior Russian telecoms analyst.

Postolovsky joins Brunswick UBS from Citigroup where he was a director managing the telecom research for the EMEA region. He is a qualified ACA accountant who worked for Coopers & Lybrand in London and Moscow prior to joining Citigroup in 1998.


Alexander Chmel has been appointed a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, responsible for provision of audit and business advisory services to electric utilities and implementation of best corporate governance practices at Russian entities.

Prior to joining PwC Moscow, Chmel was Coopers & Lybrand's representative in St. Petersburg.

Russell Lambert has been appointed the leader of the global human resources solutions group.

For the past nine years Lambert was territory senior partner of PwC for the East Caspian region and the tax and legal services leader for energy and utilities for Central Eastern Europe and the CIS.


Tatyana Orlova has been appointed a director of a new line of activity at recruitment company Ancor. She will be in charge of personnel leasing, large-scale projects and express recruitment. Prior to joining Ancor, Orlova was a national service manager for Kelly Services in Toronto and before that she headed Kelly Services' Moscow branch.
