Stiles & Riabokobylko



Natalia Oreshina has been appointed senior director at Stiles & Riabokobylko in association with Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker. She was previously head of the firm's retail department.

Oreshina has more than 5 years of experience representing both landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.

Marriott Grand



Kenneth McLaren has been appointed general manager of Moscow's Marriott Grand Hotel.

Having studied hotel management and human resources in Glasgow, he comes to Marriott after 17 years with Hilton.

Renaissance Hotel



Charles Barks has been appointed a general manager at the Renaissance Moscow Hotel.



From 1993, Barks was the hotel's finance director. He has worked at hotels in London, Dubai and Berlin.

KPMG



Julie Santoro has been appointed partner in charge of KPMG's department of professional practice in Russia and the CIS. Santoro worked for 12 years at KPMG's offices in London, Auckland and Johannesburg.

Most recently, she was a director with IAS advisory services, KPMG's center for reporting in accordance with international standards.

UFG



United Financial Group has appointed Michael O'Flynn to its international equity trading team.

O'Flynn returns to UFG after seven years, during which time he worked as vice president of research sales at Deutsche Bank Securities in Tokyo, where he was ranked Asia's No. 1 salesman by Asia Money in 2001 and 2002. He previously worked for Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in Moscow and New York.

RusAl



Hermann Schmitt has been appointed general counsel to Russian Aluminum and advisor to the general director.

Schmitt spent the past eight years as managing partner at law firm Clifford Chance's Moscow office and he will combine his RusAl appointment with his work at Clifford Chance.

LeBoeuf



Oleg Berger has been named partner at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae in Moscow, where has been an equity partner with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and has headed the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice in Moscow for several years.

Born in Moscow, he holds a law degree from the University of Wisconsin.
