ING Bank

Arkady Gerasenko has been appointed head of global client relationships at ING Bank Eurasia, succeeding Dick Wilde.

In addition to carrying out his new responsibilities, Gerasenko will continue developing leasing services.

Gerasenko previously served as vice president of the structured and general lending department. Before joining ING in 1996, he worked as a consultant at Deloitte & Touche.


Yelena Novikova has been appointed marketing director at Lesprom Industry Consulting, a timber industry research company.

She is responsible for all marketing operations at the company.

Prior to joining Lesprom, Novikova was head of client relations at the Three A Group Internet holding.


Chris Skirrow has been named PricewaterhouseCoopers' business development and marketing strategy partner. He is currently leader of the firm's consumer industrial products and telecommunications practice.

Skirrow will be responsible for PwC's business development and development of marketing strategy.

Nick Brasington has been named partner responsible for consumer industrial products and telecommunications practice.

Prior to joining PwC, he was the leader of the auditing and business advisory services practice of Ernst & Young for Russia and the CIS.

Brasington has held various positions with Ernst & Young in Australia, Britain, Portugal and Russia for the past 17 years.


Irina Mikhailova has been appointed chief executive of public relations company PRP Weber Shandwick.

Mikhailova previously was head of the PR department at Trust and Investment Bank.

Until 1995, Mikhailova worked as advertising and PR manager at the Sadko-Arkada chain store and restaurant company.

From 1995 to 1999 she was a PR manager at Menatep Bank.


Sebastian Molineus has been appointed project manager of the International Finance Corp.'s Russian corporate governance project.

The IFC is the private lending arm of the World Bank.

He will supervise project field offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Samara.

Molineus previously worked for the Organization for European Cooperation and Development's corporate affairs division on corporate governance and financial disclosure in the Commonwealth of Independent States.


Irena Lukyanova has been appointed deputy general director for sales at Renaissance Insurance Group, where she will manage agent and package sales and Internet projects.

Lukyanova previously headed the department for agent sales. She joined Renaissance in 1999.


Franc Farago has been appointed deputy director for production at Russian Aluminum.

Farago is a specialist in modernizing aluminum factories and introducing new output capacity. Over the past 10 years, he started up a number of projects for Canada's Alcan.

Vladimir Nichiporuk has been appointed head of marketing and strategic development at Rusal.

He previously worked as marketing director at Rusal subsidiary Rostar, where he was responsible for coordinating marketing, advertising and public relations.

From 1998, Nichiporuk headed the marketing division of the Neftyanoi oil company.
