MTS



 Andrei Braginsky has been appointed director of investor relations at cellular company Mobile TeleSystems.

At his new position, he is to manage relations between MTS and its investors and shareholders.

Braginsky has worked at Renaissance Capital since 1999, most recently as vice president and leading telecommunications analyst at the investment house. He previously worked as a consultant with J'son & Partners .




Noble Gibbons



 Maxim Kunin has been appointed director of the investment services department at the Noble Gibbons/CB Richard Ellis property consultancy.

Kunin has worked as an associate with LaSalle Investment Management in New York and London, specializing in portfolio management, asset management and asset sales. While in London from 1999 to 2000, he was involved in developing new investment funds in Central Europe, underwriting for existing funds in Western Europe and new product development.

From 1997 to 1999 Kunin headed Jones Lang LaSalle's valuation and consulting department in Moscow, where he was responsible for valuations and consulting projects in the Commonwealth of Independent States.




Ilim Pulp Enterprise



Frank Graves has been appointed chief operating officer at Ilim Pulp Enterprise.

Previously, he worked as executive vice president and COO of Tembec International Sales Co. in Canada, which he joined in 1995. He has been in the timber industry since 1976.

Graves holds a degree in finance and marketing.




Stiles & Riabokobylko



 Tamara Kushwaha has been appointed senior director responsible for the investment services group of Stiles & Riabokobylko, the Moscow affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield and Healey & Baker.

She will be responsible for providing capital transaction advice on buying and selling commercial real estate in Moscow.

Kushwaha has worked for five years in the Moscow real estate market, first as Price Waterhouse's real estate services manager, then as DTZ's head of valuations and financial consultancy.




Rosinter



Andrey Abadjidi has been appointed marketing manager at Rosinter, for the restaurant company's Asian concept.

He will be responsible for advertising and public relations, competition shopping, market research and trade marketing activities, among other things.

Abadjidi previously worked as press secretary for Adidas and was public relations and advertising manager at the Baltschug Kempinski hotel.
