Alexei Kondrashov has been named a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and will lead consulting projects concerning domestic and international taxation issues for the firm's Russian and global clientele.

Having joined Pricewaterhouse-Coopers in 1992 as an intern, Kondrashov is the first Russian national to be made a partner at the firm. He has participated in and managed numerous tax consulting projects for energy and mining companies engaged in production, refining, sales, transportation and service.

Kondrashov graduated with honors from the Moscow State Finance Academy in 1993, earning a degree in international economic relations. He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1996.

International SOS

Lynn Stadnyk has been appointed general practitioner in family medicine at International SOS after serving a 12-year managing tenure at her own family medicine clinic in Canada.

She obtained her medical degree from the University of Manitoba and is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons and the Canadian College of Family Physicians.


The Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow has named Mathieu Greppo food and beverage manager and Luc Dernaucourt executive sous-chef.

Greppo and Dernaucourt bring with them international expertise from top hotels throughout Europe and America.

Greppo, 29, joins the Kempinski Hotels & Resorts Group from the Intercontinental Luxembourg, where he was also food and beverage manager and participated in the reflagging of the Hilton.

He has worked in Paris, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Slovenia.

With 23 years in the food and beverage line, Dernaucourt boasts 15 years of experience as an executive chef, managing chef and teacher in international positions of leading hotels and restaurants in France, Monaco, Canada, the United States and Singapore.

He specializes in eclectic cuisine with a strong influence of Mediterranean and Provencale combined with five years of Asian and Pacific Rim cuisines.
