Richard Creitzman has been appointed head of corporate finance at Sibneft, replacing Eugene Tenenbaum, who will now serve as adviser to Sibneft's president and CEO.

Creitzman joins Sibneft from international commodities company Enron, where he worked as director of Russia development. He previously worked for WestDeutsche Landesbank.

From 1996 to 1998 Creitzman was head of trade finance at aluminum producer Coalco, and between 1995 and 1996 he worked in the trade finance department of ING Eurasia in Moscow.


Philip ter Woort has been appointed chief representative of Rabobank Netherlands in Russia and will also serve as country manager.

He has worked for many major Western companies and banks for more than 10 years — including Shell, Cargill, ING Bank (Netherlands).

Before joining Rabobank, ter Woort worked for ABN AMRO as St. Petersburg-branch executive director.


Richard Munn has been named a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers' financial services division of assurance and business advisory services.

Munn previously held the position of senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Since moving to Russia in September 1995 from PricewaterhouseCoopers Boston, Munn has dealt with a large number of Russian banks, providing audit and business advisory services.

From 1989 to 1994 Munn managed financial statements audits and accounting advisory projects for financial institutions at PwC Boston.

Air France

Gerard Petit has been appointed general representative of Air France for the Commonwealth of Independent States and Poland.

Petit, 48, previously worked as general representative of Air France in Singapore and then in Deli, India. From 1993 to 1994, he held the post of Air France commercial director in Dublin, Ireland.

From 1983 to 1993, he worked for French airline Air Inter.
