Indecent Behavior

A senior Pskov region official has been fired for harassing a female journalist and pulling down his pants to moon a television camera, a newspaper reported Wednesday.

Governor Yevgeny Mikhailov sacked his household affairs chief, Yury Kusov, for his "inadequate reaction to journalists," Kommersant reported.

The daily said Kusov was angered by the attempts of a local female reporter to attend a recent meeting of bureaucrats in the northwest region.

Kusov attacked the reporter, pulling her head down and shouting "Bow!" at her. He then shifted his focus to a TV cameraman who was filming the attack. Kusov tried to get hold of the camera, but tripped and fell. He then stood up and turned around to show his bare rear to the cameraman, urging him to film it.
