Swiss Give Evidence

LAUSANNE, Switzerland -- Swiss authorities said Friday they had handed over more documents to Russian investigators looking into allegations that hundreds of millions of dollars were stolen from national airline Aeroflot.

The documents relate to a case opened in connection with allegations that tycoon Boris Berezovsky and two top Aeroflot executives had funneled profits from Aeroflot to Swiss company Forus Services and another Swiss firm.

The case against the tycoon was dropped without explanation last November, drawing allegations that he used his links with President Boris Yeltsin to make the charges disappear.
