WORLD BEAT: Rabbi Talks Sex With Larry Flynt

BEVERLY HILLS, California -- Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt drew a huge crowd for a debate with a rabbi who said Internet sex is destroying the male libido.

"Men are more interested in downloading porn from the Internet than in the real thing,'' Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, author of a book called "Kosher Sex,'' said Monday night at the Wilshire Theater.

Flynt said he respected Boteach's views but that the "greatest value a nation can give is the right of its people to be left alone.''

Boteach said he wasn't calling for a porn ban but asked people to seek "something higher.''

Flynt concluded: "There are two types of people who oppose pornography - people who don't know what they're talking about and those who don't know what they're missing.''

"Which am I?'' asked the rabbi.

"I think you don't know what you're missing,'' said Flynt.
