- The State Property Fund will accept bids Tuesday for 25 percent of state-owned Stroimaterialintorg. A total 2,792 shares with a face value of 1 ruble (3.5 cents) will go on sale. Bidding begins at $450,000, and the auction will be held Friday.

- Yukos will open what it says is Russia's first Internet center, called Intergrad, in Moscow on Tuesday.

- The Moscow arbitration court will begin hearing a suit filed by the VR Group against the Finance Ministry for failing to meet its obligations on the third tranche of MinFin bonds. The case begins Tuesday.

- Aeroflot will meet Wednesday with the Tatar government to discuss the purchase of 12 TU 214s produced at Kazansk's Gorbunov aviation plant.

- Yekaterinburg's Interstate Telephone Station will hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting Wednesday, at which a possible merger with Ural Telekom will be discussed.

- Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov will visit Turkey on Thursday to discuss offering the Russian-Israeli KA 50 Erdogan helicopter for sale on the international arms market.

- Financial markets will be closed Friday in Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan in observance of local holidays.

- Krasnogorsk's Elektrodvigatel will conclude bidding Friday for an 18.7-percent stake in the electric-engine maker. A total of 9,800,000 shares will go on sale. Bidding for the packet began at 9,800,000 rubles ($2,793,000). The auction will be held Monday.

- The Yamalo-Nenetsky Property Fund will sell at auction Friday an 11.52-percent stake in the Rosneft-Yamalnefteprodukt oil refinery. Bidding for the entire packet will begin at 1,420,750 rubles.

- The Podolsk Electro-Mechanical Plant will hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting Saturday. The meeting has been called to consider plans to increase the plant's charter capital.
