The regional shipbuilding program under the work title "Privolzhskiye verfi" to be elaborated in the Privolzhskiy federal region.

The program is aimed at developing shipbuilding and associated industries. There are plenty of shipbuilding enterprises in Nizhniy Novgorod: recently they face several difficulties because of the lack of well-organized marketing program. The program elaborated by the Privolzhskiy federal region stipulates complex marketing research, including the research aided by foreign specialists. Besides, the program takes into consideration possible establishment of the shipbuilding holding, which may help work out the marketing strategy. When ready, the program will be passed over to the government for approval.

Subsidiary office of TransCreditBank is opened in Nizhniy Novgorod.

TransCreditBank was established in 1992. The bank's major stockholders are enterprises working in the railroad sphere, and the bank is viewed as the head bank for the regional payment system of the Russian railroad system. After the new stock issue the authorized capital of the bank reached RUR 1 billion. The total balance of the bank amounts to RUR 9.5 billion.
The first regional office of the bank was established in Nizhniy Novgorod. The plans stipulate opening 17 affiliates at all railroad departments.
The main objective of the Nizhniy Novgorod affiliate is rendering financial services to Gorky railway and to the regional enterprises, working in the real economy sector. Currently the bank has allocated a credit for the Head Railroad Department for summer repair works and expanding the suburban train park. Transtelecom-Nizhniy Novgorod is another borrower of the bank. The future plans of the bank's regional office is rendering financial services to private persons, introduction of salary plastic cards for those employed in the railway sector.

The Nizhniy Novgorod office of the Federal Committee on Securities and the Nizhniy Novgorod regional administration entered an agreement on cooperation in developing the investment market.

Pursuant the agreement the sides undertake conducting policy, aimed at developing the investment market of Nizhniy Novgorod region and the city of Nizhniy Novgorod. The main objective of the agreement is organization of investment processes and creating favorable investment climate, forming the securities market, elaboration of legislative acts on investment activities.

A special coordination council will be established to coordinate activities and joint projects and programs.

"KamAZ" retained the largest 35.22% stock of "NefAZ."

Neftekamskiy factory of dump trucks ("NefAZ") is located in Bashkortostan.
The major stockholders of the factory are KamAZ and the State Property Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan, acting on behalf of the Republic of Bashkortostan itself, which, together with thhe administration of Neftekamsk, owns 38.8% of shares; 11.18% of shares are owned by other legal entities and the remaining stock - by private persons.

After the sixth stock issue the authorized capital of the commercial bank "Primorie" reached RUR 26.1 million.

The sixth stock issue of the bank was registered in the end of last month. The bank issued 4 thousand voting non-documentary shares. The total amount of the issue was RUR 4 million.
Recently the bank starts stock allocation. The increased authorized capital helped the bank raise the scope of investments into the real economy sector.
