Oil Products Earn More

MOSCOW -- Revenue from the export of oil products rose 7.7 percent or $143.8 million in the first six months of this year compared to the same period last year, Interfax quoted a customs agency insider saying Friday.

The exports earned a total of $1.996 billion, made up of 1.295 million metric tons of gasoline worth $125.86 million, 13.153 million tons of diesel fuel worth $1.147 billion, 11.298 million tons of fuel oil worth $525.4 million, and 213,100 tons of lubricants worth $39.2 million, the agency reported.
