Games Firm Gets (pounds)31M

LONDON -- Computer games company said Thursday that it had raised pounds 31 million ($49.6 million) by selling more than half its stock in Britain's latest heavily-oversubscribed Internet-related flotation.

Gameplay was formed from the fusion of Interactive Commercial Enterprises Ltd. and Wireplay.

Its shares are set to start trading on the Alternative Investment Market on Monday.
