Love on the Line

On Thursday and during the weekend, Dome Cinema is showing "Dangerous Beauty." Set in 16th century Italy, it tells the story of Veronica Franco who loves Marco Venier. His parents oppose their marriage. Veronica's mother advises her to become a courtesan. Lettice Begin

"The Love Potion," or "Lyubovny Napitok," Tatyana Akhramkova's adaptation of Peter Shaffer's comedy "Lettice and Lovage" about a woman who refuses to accept mediocrity and will lie to make reality sound better, is on at the Mayakovsky Theater on Friday and Sunday. Blues Session
