Have You Paid a Bribe?

MOSCOW -- A Russian automobile club has set up an anonymous tip line for reporting traffic police who take bribes, Itar-Tass reported Tuesday.

The Russian Society for Drivers' Rights opened a hot line and a web site, where drivers can anonymously report the badge numbers of bribe-taking police and how much they paid for a certain traffic violation.

The information will be passed along to the Interior Ministry, which oversees the police, the report said.
