MOSCOW -- Russia will send the International Monetary Fund a final version of a report on the implementation of the government's monetary-credit policy for the third quarter by Wednesday, Interfax reported Sunday.
The report was discussed Saturday at a Cabinet session chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Khristenko, Interfax reported a source close to the talks with the IMF as saying Saturday evening.
During the session, representatives of the Central Bank, Economics Ministry, Finance Ministry and Fuel and Energy Ministry told Khristenko that all the terms set before Russia receives the second $640-million tranche of an IMF loan have been fulfilled, Interfax reported.
