Survival of the Sexiest


The Illuzion Cinema is now showing films by German director Rainer Werner Fassbinder. "The Marriage of Maria Braun," a 1979 film about a young woman who uses her guile and sexuality to survive in post-World War II Germany, is one of the director's best films. Print Exhibition


The Russian and Soviet Posters, Prints and Originals exhibit at the NB Gallery features two masters of the genre, Dmitry Ryatkin and Georgy Solonin, whose styles vary greatly even though they were contemporaries. The works can be seen from 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily except Sunday and Monday at 6/2 Sivtsev Vrazhek, entrance next to the Panoramtour Agency, 2nd floor, Apt. 2. Admission is free. Tel. 203-4006. Misnamed Music Group


The Romanian Orchestra is not a symphony orchestra and has no Romanians in it. The Moscow funk group, famous for having two bass guitars in its staff, takes the stage Thursday at the Vermel Club.
