Dovgan Label

MOSCOW -- Vladimir Dovgan, a 34-year-old industrialist, had to hastily withdraw his picture from his popular Russian brand of vodka Monday, after learning that under-35-year-olds are forbidden to promote alcohol, Itar-Tass reported.

According to Article 16 of the law on advertising, persons under the age of 35 are not allowed to promote alcoholic beverages. Vladimir Dovgan was ignorant of this fact when he stuck a picture of his face on his own brand of vodka, a spokesman for his food and agriculturecompany, Dovgan, said.
