Vilnius Charges Nazi

VILNIUS, Lithuania -- Lithuania said Friday it was pressing charges against a second man alleged to have helped in the murder of Jews during World War II.

The Prosecutor General's Office said it would press charges against Kazys Gimzhauskas, a former security police officer who denied he was guilty.

The authorities have already sent to court a case against another alleged war criminal, Aleksandras Lileikis, the first stage of his trial is expected next week.

Gimzhauskas, 89, was second-in-command to Lileikis, 91, who was in charge of the Vilnius security police in World War II.
