T-Bills 'Not Settled'

FRANKFURT, Germany (Reuters) -- Germany's Deutsche Bank AG on Wednesday denied that a full agreement had been reached to restructure billions of rubles of defaulted Russian debt, saying some important issues were still outstanding.

Deutsche, which chairs the steering committee for the restructuring, said in a statement: "Contrary to statements in the press a number of key issues for creditors with respect to the GKO/OFZ restructuring are still outstanding."

GKO and OFZ are the Russian acronyms for Russian government bills and bonds.
