yuletide merriment

Even inside hotbeds of American culture like the American Bar and Grill and Sports Bar, you might not notice it's Christmas. While many clubs are offering special turkey dinners, there are no big Christmas parties planned, except at Le Club, where the $25 all-you-can-eat-and-drink celebration is more family-oriented (they have a Santa for the kiddies).

The Hungry Duck will be chowing down on turkey Friday, but other than that, it's business as usual at Moscow's favorite den of sin. The John Bull Pub is having live music - a rare occurance these days - provided by Time Out. At the Moosehead Canadian Bar, you can enjoy a turkey dinner, music by Volny Stil and an extended happy hour.
