Kremlin Bomber Fine

MOSCOW -- The man who blew up his car just outside the Kremlin gates was being questioned by security officials Friday at a Moscow hospital, authorities said.

Ivan Orlov, 63, suffered only "scratches" in the Wednesday evening blast, said Alexander Shcherbak, the chief physician at Sklifasovsky Hospital.

Three security guards were injured, all more seriously than Orlov, the doctor was quoted as saying by Itar-Tass. The most seriously injured man, a young soldier, remained in intensive care but his life was no longer in danger, he said.

Orlov was "the healthiest of the four men," the doctor added.
