Schroder Due in Town

BONN, Germany -- German Chancellor Gerhard Schroder is due to fly to Moscow on Monday for a visit that opens a new chapter in German-Russian relations by broadening contacts beyond ailing President Boris Yeltsin to some of his political rivals. Any meeting with Yeltsin will depend on the president's health, a German Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
