Anti-Olympic Bomb

ATHENS, Greece -- A small leftist group claimed responsibility Monday for a firebomb attack that damaged the entrance to the Greek Olympic Committee.

The fiery blast late Sunday, although small and causing no injuries, spread anti-Olympic violence to another city and was "strongly condemned" by the director general of the International Olympic Committee, which will decided on the site of the 2004 Summer Games on Friday.

A police official in Athens said an anonymous caller claiming to represent the group, known as the Anti-Establishment Struggle, told a newspaper that it staged the attack to oppose Athens' bid to host the 2004 Summer Olympics.
