Rockets Hit Lebanon

BAALBEK, Lebanon -- Two Israeli planes rocketed suspected Hizbollah targets in the Syrian-controlled eastern Bekaa Valley on Tuesday, wounding a Lebanese civilian, Lebanese security sources said.

They said the planes fired four rockets into the area of Junta and destroyed the transmission antenna of a Hizbollah radio station five kilometers from the Syrian border.

When civilian casualties occur, Lebanon usually files complaints to a five-nation committee monitoring a 1996 ceasefire understanding that banned firing from or at civilian targets on both sides of the Lebanese borders.
