Pakistan Tops Windies

SYDNEY -- Pakistan cruised to victory over a depleted West Indies side by eight wickets in their limited overs World Series match at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Tuesday.

Pakistan cantered to 183 for two with 64 balls to spare after West Indies earlier collapsed to be 181 all out.

West Indies, who had won their previous five matches in a row, chose to rest top batsman Brian Lara and key fast bowlers Courtney Walsh and Curtly Ambrose.
