Bomber Faces Charges

SACRAMENTO, California () -- Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski was flown to California from Montana on Sunday under tight security to face charges that he carried out four bomb attacks, two of them fatal.

Kaczynski, 54, a Harvard-educated former mathematics professor who became a hermit, is accused of being the shadowy Unabomber, who killed three people and injured 23 during a 17-year anti-technology campaign of violence.

A federal grand jury in Sacramento indicted him last week in four of the bombings.
