LOS ANGELES () -- Michael Jackson's first concert outing since 1993's ill-fated "Dangerous" world tour will kick off Sept. 7 in the Czech Republic and include a stop in Moscow, his publicist said.


The tour, which includes no dates in the United States, will be underwritten by billionaire Saudi prince al-Waleed bin Talal bin Abdul-Aziz al-Saud, with whom Jackson earlier this year formed a multimedia entertainment company based on "family values."


Jackson, who last performed in Moscow in 1993, will give a concert in Moscow on Sept. 17.
