Unabomber Evidence

HELENA, Montana () -- A federal judge refused to unseal a search warrant for Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski's cabin, but provided the first confirmation that "explosive devices'' were found there.

U.S. District Judge Charles Lovell rejected Wednesday the motion by several news organizations, saying he had agreed with a federal request to extend the search warrant through Monday.

Meanwhile, federal investigators searching Kaczynski's mountainside shack have discovered a hooded sweatshirt and aviator sunglasses similar to those reportedly worn by the elusive Unabomber the one time he is believed to have been sighted while placing a bomb.
