Teen Sensation

NAIROBI () -- Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi scored a century from 37 balls on Friday to break the world one-day international record at Nairobi Gymkhana. Eighteen-year-old Afridi pulverized the bowling with 11 sixes and six fours before finally falling for 102.

Both previous records were held by Sri Lanka's dynamic opener Sanath Jayasuriya who made 50 from 17 balls and 100 from 48 against Pakistan in a tournament in Singapore last April.
