Stolen Phones Traced

TALLINN, Estonia () -- Mobile phones stolen from a factory in Sweden are showing up on the black market in Estonia, the Baltic News Service reported Tuesday. The report, which quoted the business weekly Kaubaleht, said up to a quarter of the mobile phones bought in Estonia last month may have been stolen during shipment from the Ericsson factory in Kumla.

The stolen phones sell for about half the normal retail price but cannot be connected to the local network because they are blacklisted, the report said.
