LONDON () -- Young soccer players who train hard risk damaging their manhood and even becoming infertile, Italian researchers warned Friday.

Dr. Andrea Scaramuzza, a team doctor for Milan AC, and colleagues at the University of Pavia told the Lancet medical journal they found that adolescent soccer players were prone to smaller testicles and varicocele, a painless condition of the testicles.
