Maxwell to Be Charged

LONDON () -- Prosecutors who lost a high-profile fraud case against two sons of the late publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell said Friday they will try again, but this time with charges against just one of the brothers.

Britain's Serious Fraud Office said Friday it would bring further charges against Kevin Maxwell and Larry Trachtenberg. However it said it would not bring charges against Ian Maxwell.

Last Friday, a British jury acquitted Kevin and Ian and financial advisor Trachtenberg, of conspiring to defraud Maxwell pensioners after an eight-month, multi-million pound trial.
