Germany Eyes 'Spies'

BERLIN -- Germany's counterespionage agency wants to expel 165 Russians as spies, Der Spiegel news magazine reported Friday.

Spiegel, in summary of an article to appear next week, said the Office for Protection of the Constitution has given a list of 165 Russians to the Foreign Ministry with a recommendation they be expelled for spying
