Men's Tennis Legends to Play Moscow

The biggest names in men's tennis over the last two decades, including Bjorn Borg, John McEnroe and Jimmy Connors, will be returning to Russia next month for the second annual "Champion's Tour" Peter's Cup tournament held at Moscow's Druzhba arena from April 27 to April 30.

In addition to Borg (five Wimbledon and six French Open titles), McEnroe (three Wimbledon and four U.S. Open titles) and Connors (five U.S. Open and two Wimbledon titles), the draw also includes Guillermo Vilas of Argentina and Ilie Nastase of Romania.

Nastase's shotmaking earned him a reputation as one of the most naturally-talented players of his time, hindered only by his equally explosive on-court behavior.

Argentinian Jose Luis Clerc, American Roscoe Tanner, South African Johan Kriek and Briton John Lloyd will also be on hand to compete for the $250,000 in total prize money.

Tickets can be purchased at the Druzhba and Luzhniki booking offices and prices range from $10 to $500.

The Petersburg Open is being held at the FKK Forum in St. Petersburg from March 13 to March 19. The 32-player draw includes top-seeded Yevgeny Kafelnikov, now ranked No.7 in the world after winning the Milan Indoor last month, and Pat Cash. It also includes Tomas Muster, Henri Lecont, Andrei Chesnokov, Alexander Vlkov and Jakob Hlasek. The $300,000 ATP Tour stop will host 25 of the top 100 players in the world. Ticket prices range from 3,000 rubles during the week and 5,000 to 10,000 rubles for the semifinals and finals over the weekend.
