Reserves at $3 Billion

The Russian Central Bank's hard currency reserves currently amount to $3 billion, Nezavisimaya Gazeta quoted the bank's deputy chairman as saying Thursday.

At the beginning of the year, experts estimated that the bank had about $4.4 billion in reserves.
