MOSCOW () -- Russian crude oil output will amount to 314 million tons in 1994, down 11 percent from last year's 354.6 million tons, Interfax reported Tuesday.

According to preliminary estimates of Russia's Fuel and Energy Ministry, natural gas production this year will total 605.6 billion cubic meters, down 2 percent from 1993, Interfax said. The report put 1994 gasoline production at 26.8 million tons, down 12 percent from 30.3 million tons last year.

The Economics Ministry has forecast a further decline in Russian oil production, saying it would drop by another 6 percent to under 300 million tons next year.
