Estonia Swears In Team

TALLINN, Estonia () -- A new Estonian government was sworn in Tuesday, easing the long-running political crisis that has plagued the reform-minded Baltic nation.

Andres Tarand, 54, leads the new government, which is dominated by moderate nationalists and economic reformers.

Tarand has retained all but four of the previous ministers.

The new prime minister, who has pledged to stay the course of reform, is expected to serve primarily as a caretaker until elections early next year.
