Autodesk

Anastasia Morozova was appointed Autodesk regional director in Russia and the CIS. Anastasia has worked in the Autodesk ecosystem for the past 15 years. She graduated from Tver State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics. In five years, she went from designer to director of marketing in the the Russian Industrial Company, an Autodesk authorized partner. After 2006, she was engaged in strategic and operational marketing for the company, and after 2012 she was the head of architecture and construction at the Autodesk office in the CIS.

CBRE

Andrei Petrov was appointed director of business development at CBRE. Andrei has worked on the commercial real estate market for 17 years and has unique experience. During his time in real estate, he took part in more than 100 transactions (including sales contracts and leases), advising Russian and international corporations.

Cushman & Wakefield

Roman Tikhomirnov joined C&W as the head of sales areas and office real estate acquisitions. He will be responsible for the company's transactions and strengthening its positions in the sales and acquisitions sector. Roman has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining C&W, he was chairman of the board of RIESK.

Colliers International

Colliers International partner Anna Nikandrova is now the head of the company's real estate management department. In her new role, Anna will be lead and oversee the property management at Colliers International in Russia. The retail property department of Colliers International in Russia will also continue to work under her supervision. Anna joined the Colliers International team in 2004, and in 2013 she headed the department of commercial real estate as a regional director. She became a partner of the company in 2016. Her task will be the expansion of the portfolio managed by the company, including in the regions.

JLL

Head of research Vladimir Pantyushin has been promoted to regional director. Vladimir is a recognized expert with over 20 years of research experience in macroeconomics, capital markets, investment and real estate. He led the JLL research team in 2007-2010, and rejoined the company in 2016. In 2003-2005, he headed the research department at Rosbank and later was a senior economist at Renaissance Capital. In 2010-2014, he was chief economist, Russia & CIS, at Barclays Capital. In 2010-2016, Vladimir worked at Sberbank CIB as senior strategist.



Sergei Gurov has been appointed head of retail property management at JLL Russia & CIS. Sergei has over ten years of experience in property management. He has worked for a number of Russian commercial real estate developers, such as the Regions Group of Companies and Torgovy Kvartal. Sergei joined JLL two years ago as a senior property manager, and he was responsible for such shopping centers as Vodny, Murmansk Mall, Europa City Mall and Electra. In his new role, Sergei will manage the JLL Property & Facility Management shopping centers portfolio, support and develop corporate business in this sector and focus on communication with key clients.

KEY Capital

Evelina Ishmetova has headed a new undertaking for KEY Capital: redevelopment of former industrial sites and renovation of existing shopping centers. Evelina has extensive experience providing consulting services in the field of construction and development and redevelopment and attracting strategic customers. Prior to joining KEY Capital, she held the position of vice president at GVA Sawyer consulting company for more than ten years. In 2013-2014, she worked in the Land Service company as director of development and consulting. In 2014-2016, she was the deputy director general of RRG. She is the chairman of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers' Advisory Council on the Redevelopment.
